INTRUDER ALERT OTHR on 14 MHz

14222-OTHR-RUS-1522utc-0902201514222.0 Russian OTH radar "Contayner" with 50 sweps/sec at 1522 utc on Feb. 9th.
The splatters are covering the whole 14 MHz-band. Another Russian radar is transmitting above the upper band edge at the same time.
